NICOLE JORGENSEN (Tinsel)


Nicole has always loved to act, dance and sing and has been doing so from a very early age. In 2007, Nicole graduated from Unitec with a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts, majoring in Acting for Screen and Theatre. While at Unitec she worked with a number of professional practitioners in the Performing Arts Industry and performed in an array of theatre and screen works. Since graduating, Nicole has appeared in a number of StarFish shows and enjoys it immensly. She loves working with children and is also is a professional face painter and balloon sculptor.

 

ISLA ADAMSON (Snowflake)

Isla has spent the last three years completing a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts majoring in acting at Unitec. In 2008 she was selected for the Auckland Theatre Company's cast of Shrew'd and worked under Michael Hurst in Silo theatre's The Threepenny Opera, . In the future Isla hopes to get as much work on stage and screen as possible and is a proud member of Actors Equity.
 

 

JESSICA FONG (Jade)
Jessica graduated from Wellington Performing Arts Centre in 2007 with diplomas in both Commercial Dance and Musical Theatre.
She is a freelance performer and dance teacher and is currently working on numerous projects in the dance, and music industry. PHOTO TO COME!


MERRIN CAVEL (Fern)
Merrin has a degree in Musical Theatre and has been teaching theatre to people of all ages including people with disabilities for six years and as an actor in stage and screen since 2006. In 2009 she toured the North Island with 'Duffy Books in Homes'. Merrin is passionate about theatre and the inclusion of everyone to participate and enjoy in great shows.

SARAH GAVINA CAMPUS (Stellar)

Sarah Gavina Campus is a dance artist
who choreographs, performs, teaches 
and lectures in contemporary dance
technique, improvisation, choreography, 
creative process and dance theory. 
Sarah holds a Master of Creative and
Performing Arts (MCPA.Hons, University
of Auckland) and a Diploma in Creative 
and Performing Arts (Dip.PerfArts, Unitec). 
She has performed and toured with 
leading New Zealand contemporary dance
companies 'Touch Compass' and 'Sean 
Curham Dances' and worked with many
New Zealand choreographers.  She 
performs in many environments both in
and away from the tradtitional theatre 
setting and to a variety of bodies, young 
and old, able and disabled. 
        

JULIA HYDE (Sapphire)
Julia is graduate of the Unitec School of Performing and Screen Arts. She has also worked with Massive Theatre Company and studied the Meisner Technique. Recently Julia acted in three independent films, The Last Magic Show, Jan was Worried and Rollmance. Television work includes Amazing Extraordinary Friends and Go Girls. She is currently devising a theatre show she aims to produce and stage later this year.
